As a Leadership Team, we  seek to lead with servant hearts as modelled by Jesus. We are committed to our church core values and accountability to those values in our decision making.

We are an outward-looking team who seek to reach out to others, encourage people to walk in their potential and to invest in people. In particular, we are passionate about investing in young leaders of the future

We endeavour to involve and consult with the church regarding key decisions and vision for the future, providing transparency and opportunity for questions/feedback at an annual meeting for everyone (with pie and peas!)

Each member of the team takes responsibility for leading different areas of ministry, and supporting those who serve within those ministries, using their gifts and passions to bless others.

We meet fortnightly to deal with church business and pray, taking days away together  to pray and seek God for his guidance and direction. We dare to dream and repeatedly experience God's provision as we continue to step out in faith.
