About Us, Sunday Services and Small Groups
At Croftlands Community Church we are fairly informal and see ourselves very much as a family. Our church is made up of people of all ages, and we are on a journey together to explore more of what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ.

​​​​We don’t belong to a particular Christian denomination, but we do hold to a core set of beliefs in God and His Word. We are a member of The Christian Alliance and broadly share their statement of faith. We are part of The New Wine Leadership Network and partner with Capernwray Bible School to provide student placements on Sunday mornings and the annual outreach week.

Sunday Services at Croftlands Junior School 10.30am
Sunday mornings are when the whole church meets together to worship God, encourage each other and refresh our faith. There are toys available for young children and a Sunday School for primary aged children.
​During our service we sing a mixture of hymns and contemporary songs. We take time to pray together and read the Bible. A member of the preaching team will share some insight from The Bible and seek to apply it to our own faith journeys in a way that is relevant and helpful. We regularly celebrate a time of communion.
There is opportunity at the end of the service to visit our designated prayer space for anyone who would like to receive prayer support. Alternatively, Mervyn and Kathryn are available through the church office during the week to chat and pray.
Our service ends with refreshments.

Alpha Course Occasional
Each group has its own distinct flavour and is a place to socialise, study and discuss the Bible in a small group, as well as ask questions and pray for one another. Members are encouraged to be part of a group that suits them.
